This excel sheet is designed to create a list of pins for generating a part in an EDA package. This is formatted specifically for pulling information from, for example, Ateml or Microchip datasheets and generate a pin list formatted for the Altium EDA package.

The how:
  • Copy the pin list out of your part datasheet using the copy functionality of the PDF reader.
  • Copy the data in to the spreadsheet in to the input column
  • This will create a set of columns you can copy in to your EDA package.
  • Copy the data in the output columns from Excel in to your EDA package.
